|Recommended: Yes15 Years Here — I still love it at Settlers Creek after 15 years. Tammy and the maintenance man are wonderful, they are probably the best team that has been out here. They fix things quickly and are very friendly.

|Recommended: YesSpacious apartment. Great location, except the traffic at Y in oak hill.Affordable compared to similar square footage apartments in Austin. Parking is always available. Nice park Windmill Run near by which is clean and not crowded. Will be re- newing my lease. Happy to call Settlers Creek our home.
